"Try and get any documentation from a previous claim… and it’ll take them a week to even get the wheels in motion. One department blames it on the other guys. The others blame it on the underwriters. It’s honestly just insane. Aside from that they’ll go the lazy route and blame you for an accident even though I provided them with the police report that gave them the drunk drivers information that hit me head on… by far, the worst insurance I’ve ever had. But they rather make peoples life harder. Oh and to get 2 calls from their office asking me why I need a letter of experience? And STILL not getting it to me is crazy work. These people are sleezy and must be hiding something in that report. Because why not just give me what I’m asking for?
The owner responded to my review two hours ago. Saying I’m not in their system as a customer 😂 goes to show how much this guy cares about his own business. Or maybe it’s a cop out to avoid accountability. Because I’m still a statefarm card holder with his agency listed on my card… I can post it to verify if he’d like. But it won’t be that way soon.. I RECOMMEND COSTCO AUTO INSURANCE FOLKS!"

"Maryanne was very polite and nice to deal with, she answered all the questions I had with good detail, and helped me look at discounts, turns out they have a life policy where if you are alive at the end of the term you get all your premiums back! It was called return of premium. Loved doing business with her. Great office😁"

"We had a wonderful experience , we had a issue with another agency and Terry was nice enough to take the time and review our policy including 7 vehicles and a home , His staff is amazing Maryanne knows her stuff and went step by step through each item and helped us understand how we are insured and what all it covers.

"I spoke with agent Terry Stach. I live on a limited income and I’m 71 years old. I wanted life insurance to cover my final expenses and Terry explained everything about the policy. He was so helpful; professional but personable. I would recommend his services to everyone. I was hesitant at first when I called the number that it would be a recording or AI of some sort but no.
